H3O Labs is headquartered in VA with offices in McLean and Fairfax. We focus on the development and delivery of specialized IT security services and solutions for government and commercial organizations.

H3O Labs employees have extensive experience providing a broad range of advanced Cybersecurity services and solutions across Digital (AI, Data Science, Automation, IoT) and Information Security and Assurance (Red Teaming, Penetration Testing, NIST/ RMF Compliance, Training).

Our team of seasoned subject matter experts have proven experience supporting agencies including: Army, Air Force, Navy, Marines, Special Operations Forces, Department of State/Diplomatic Security (DS), FBI, DHS as well as numerous global commercial customers such as NTT Data.

H3O Labs is also very involved in our community and supports various social outreach programs. We are active supporters of The Riverstone Project and the numerous charitable causes they support.

President & CEO

Hannia

Hannia is our fearless leader and “herder of crazies”. She has a BA in Psychology and an MBA from Marymount University with over two decades working in business operations in the public and private sectors. Shannon

Shannon is our “organizer of random thoughts and erratic activity”. She is responsible for business operations and making sure things don’t get too chaotic! (We can be a rowdy bunch). Shannon brings her awesome operations experience as well as 15+ years of experience in recruiting and talent acquisition. She has worked both the corporate and agency side of the recruiting industry as a Senior Recruiter for global IT consulting organizations. We love her. You will too.

SVP & CTO

Casey aka “Sprinkles”

Casey is our “master of disaster” and CCD (Chief Coffee Drinker). He brings over two decades of IT security and training experience supporting commercial, Fed, and DoD entities including State Depart./Diplomatic Security, DHS, FBI, and Special Operations Forces (SOF). He is a SME on a wide variety of tech with a focus on Information Assurance, Penetration Testing, and Red Teaming. Certifications include OSCP, C|EH, Security+, MCITP, and LMNOP. Ok, that last one isn’t real, but if it was, he’d probably have that too. He’s allergic to sleep and makes a lot of “dad jokes”. (Quick tip: Don’t let Casey near a whiteboard unless you have a good 8+ hours to spare. Trust us.)

SVP & CSO

Alex

Alex keeps us secure. He says stuff like “don’t do that” and “security security security”. He brings over two decades of experience in information security, risk management, and data privacy. He has worked with state, federal, and private sectors involving everything from energy to financial services. He has multiple certifications to include CISSP, CISA, CISM, and CIPT. He holds two bachelor’s degrees from FSU as well as an MBA from UMUC. When he says something about security, we listen. He knows his stuff. Plus, he’s a very tall strong guy. The Avengers have the Hulk… we have the the Alex.

Business Operations

Michelle

Michelle is our “Administrative Overlord”. She deals with pretty much everybody and everything at H3O. You wanna know something HR related? Ask Michelle. You wanna know something regarding accounting? Michelle has your answer. You wanna know how a small business grows to eventually become the largest and greatest company the world has ever seen? The correct answer is: Michelle, of course. If you would like your own Michelle, please stay tuned. We are currently working on an AI robotic clone of Michelle, with version 1.0 due for release sometime next year. She’ll even be programmed to rap in binary!
